Can I include a personalized gift message?

Yes! Gift message will be printed and attached on each box. You can request to add a gift message before adding to cart. If you wish ordering more than 1 item and would like to deliver to multiple addresses with unique gift messages, you can add the gift messages on the same page where you input the addresses

How long can the bakes be kept for?

Products with a lava core can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container

Do I need to heat up the cookies?

Yes, we would recommend you to warm them up in order to enjoy the ultimate lava effect! However, do not overheat the cookies as it may harden them. You can do so using:

Microwave: Place bakes and a separate small bowl of water in medium heat for 20-40 seconds (or longer). Leave to cool

Oven: Preheat oven to 170°C. Place bakes in the middle rack for 3-6 minutes (or longer). Leave to cool

Why do I not see the chocolate lava effect?

We would recommend you to warm them up a little longer in order to enjoy the ultimate lava effect! However, do not overheat the cookies as it may harden them

Are your bakes halal?

We are not halal-certified, but our products do not contain any pork, lard, alcohol or pork gelatin
